This is Troop 79's

Power of Attorney, Medical Authorization, Release, and Permission Slip.

This form must be filled out, notarized, and turned in annually by all scouts.

Uniform Inspection

This is the checklist which the Scoutmasters will follow in order to inspect the Scouts' uniforms on each campout.

Camping Checklist

This is a Checklist of items Troop 79 suggests each scout bring on a typical weekend campout. Changes and exclusions to the list are encouraged.

Class 1 and 2 Physical Forms

This is the Class 1 & 2 BSA Physical Form. (All scouts, except those in High-Adventure Programs, have to have one of these forms)

Class 3 Physical Form

This is the Class 3 BSA Physical Form. (This is the form required for scouts participating in High-Adventure Programs such as C.O.P.E. and also for Adult Leaders)
